Yoga, a thousand-year-old philosophical doctrine, is one of the most effective techniques against tiredness, sadness, anxiety, and in short, the diverse and adverse effects that a more than busy life produces in us. Iif you want to deepen your knowledge of it, we leave you here the link to a website for lovers of this doctrine.
With thousands of years of tradition, yoga brings together body and mind, spirit and energy, strength and flexibility, balance and beauty. Therefore, it is essential to do it in the right place: a quiet, relaxing and if possible beautiful and balanced place. And what better environment than a paradisiacal beach in Indonesia? Totally convinced, right? Well, here are some suggestions:
Soka beach
If you want to unblock your Sahasrara Chakra, this is the place to be. Located in Bali, Pantai Soka is little frequented as it has almost no catering or hotel business, which is ideal for practising yoga in a truly relaxed way. What is common is to meet the local fishermen, many of whom still use traditional boats. Located in a small town in the district of Selemadeg, and surrounded by vegetation, rocks and waves that are captivating, Soka beach will offer you a movie-like sunset, and incredible images for your retina. Also, if there is a full moon or if you are lucky enough to pass by during one of the local religious festivals, you will find yourself immersed in one of their picturesque and floral religious ceremonies, no doubt the best way to unlock your mind.

Nyang Nyang beach
South of Bali, on the Bukit peninsula. Even quieter than the previous one, Nyang Nyang will undoubtedly be the ideal environment to unblock the first Chakra, Muladhara; its access along the cliff of Villa Plenilunio, plus a journey of just over half an hour on foot, plus a final stretch of steps guarantee the exclusivity and virginity of this beach. The bath is not recommended because of its waves and lack of vigilance, but it is perfect for yoga and all kinds of relaxation activities.
Peucang Beach

On the island of the same name. This small island to the west of Java and belonging to the district of Bantén can boast of being a true paradise. If you need to unlock your Manipura Chakra, let yourself be seduced by its fine, soft white sand, crystal clear waters, the surrounding rainforest, and the rich animal life it supports. Beach framed within the Ujung Kulon National Park, practicing yoga in this magnificent place will lead you to maximum relaxation and enjoyment of your senses.
Playa Yenanas
This wonderful beach is on Gam Island, Raja Ampat archipelago. Our best beach in Indonesia, our paradise. An indescribable place that stands out for its beauty and the peace it conveys. Being only a small island in this great Indonesian archipelago, Gam strongly preserves the local culture and traditions, offers a wild nature, perfect sand and waters and sea beds of recognized fame among divers. Yenanas beach is the best environment to unlock your fourth Chakra, Anahata, a paradise of nature where you can disconnect from everything and feel like never before. We often organize yoga related activities at our resort. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us.
