DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits
-25% deposit of the total amount will be required to guarantee your reservation within 7 days of booking confirmation.
-Remaining Balance 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 45 days in advance:
Initial payment will be refunded minus 25% admin charge (25% of this 25% deposit), and minus any bank transfer charges/fees.
OR
Guests can rebook a different arrival date free of cost
Cancellations with less than 45 days in advance:
Guests can only rebook at later arrival date in low season.
Cancellations with 30 days in advance:
No refund except of special cases.
Please Note: The invoice amount has to be paid in full, including the net amount of all transfers costs and bank charges. Changes of dates to bookings, after the deposit has been made, could be possible subject to availability. For paying extras at the resort upon departure, we accept Cash or Credit Cards.
Cash – we accept Euros, US $ as well as Rupiah.
We have our own rate for IDR-USD-Euro exchange (which may be different from the market exchange rate).
