JOB OFFER | RESORT & DIVE CENTER MANAGER
Greetings from Raja Ampat Biodiversity Nature Resort. We have job opportunities available for starting August 1st 2023.
We are looking for a stable, motivated, positive energy experienced Manager Couple (30-45 years old), successful managing diving resorts with 40-50 staff in remote locations (ideally Indonesia/Southeast Asia). MUST: Excellence and with high proven results in customer service for our small / private and family style operation. Desired: university degree in any management field, technical, marine biology, tourism, or with project management backgrounds. Fluent in other language apart from English: Spanish desired.
DIVE OPERATIONS POSITION
Customer service oriented, experienced dive center manager: Instructor rating for SSI / PADI Diving qualifications (both agencies required). In charge of all daily planing for all fun-dive/dive courses/snorkelling/excursions activities. Daily: making dive plan with each individual guest, according to their level/group/days. Preparing weekly/monthly reports, inventory, repairs, service dive equipment. ORGANISED, and doing things on your own, developing training to dive staff, motivated, focused, rigorous, being able to deliver your duties them without constant supervision or follow ups.
RESORT MANAGER
Meticulously organised person for this position. Oversee all departments under and report to management. Responsible for all guest and resort operation with excellent customer service orientation. Excellent customer service skills. In the area of Admin duties include: organise staff meetings, supervise F & B control, guest invoices, among others.
