At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the tourism / hospitality sector.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialised in Human Resources or equivalent.

Planning, developing and implementing programs to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company.
Take initiatives of HR Policies and procedures improvement and communication to employees.
As consultation and expert to leaders and employees on social HR regulations and laws such as labor law and etc.
Provides general supporting activities such as administration of company legal documents and formalities, office & warehouse cleanliness/maintenance, etc.
Provide direction for HR team align with company goals.
Implement the strategy of relations both internally and externally with local government and local community, in order to create a harmonious and conducive working relationship for productivity achievement.
Responsible in all employee – community – government relation aspects within the company.
Monitoring and evaluating the complying Company Policy and other labor law within the company.
Controlling the implementation of the program to improve employee discipline.
Build regular communication through Bipartite forum and forum of employees (regular meetings with employees).
Maintaining the good condition of internal employee relations with management.
As a mediator and facilitator between employee and management, counselling, discipline and praising employees job results .
Execute other duties given by superior.
Handle employee payroll, make plan for monthly days off, yearly days off.  Prepare all employee contracts, warning letters, termination letters, interaction with Labor Department.
Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks when appropriate

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably hospitality industry.
Posses good knowledge in manpower regulation and HRM concept.
Computer literate (MS-Office, email, internet, HRIS, etc).
Have strong proficiency in data representation, data processing and data insight.
Excellent command in English, both oral and written.
Having a good leadership, good relationship skill, communicative, good negotiation skill, good integrity, good analytic, persistent, well organised and has strong interpersonal skill.
Having good knowledge of labor law.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change, project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills.
Energetic, self-motivated and high initiative.
Good Team Work & Collaboration.
Reliable and trustworthy.

Have experience handling 50 + employees in the tourism sector / hospitality.  Able to work in remote location.
Able to conduct recruitment, selecting, training, orienting, process
