As of 2020 we have 45 full time staff, about 35% of them from the neighbouring villages, 20% from the Sorong area, and the rest a combination from many parts of Indonesia. We give equal opportunity for all, and we often take employees without any experience in the tourism/diving/hospitality industry, and we give training.
Staff are engaged with development and implementation of the sustainability management system and receive periodic guidance and training regarding their roles and responsibilities in its delivery.
