Irina, our yoga teacher, tells you

“Since I have arrived at Biodiversity, I feel in paradise. I find that yoga practice here is a totally new experience as I am able to connect to the wonderful nature around me and reach a deep state of peace.

My classes are designed in such a way that yogis get a full physical workout (all the major muscles of the body are engaged and relaxed), become mindful of their breath and train their mind to constantly remain focused on what is happening in the present.

I am looking at sharing this practice with you such that you are able to discover yourself through yoga, to connect to the amazing environment around you and to be ready to go back to your life fully recharged.”
