DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

Deposits and Payments

In order to confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the full invoice amount.
You can pay by bank transfer to our bank in Indonesia. We cannot guarantee your booking until this has been received.
Once you have confirmed the booking by paying your deposit, we will hold it for 7 days. We reserve the right to release the booking, if no confirmation of the deposit has been received by then.
The balance of the invoice must be received at least least 45 days prior to the guests’ arrival.
Please Note: The invoice amount has to be paid in full, including the net amount of all transfer costs and bank charges.
Changes of dates to bookings, after the deposit has been made, might be possible subject to availability.
For paying extras at the resort upon departure, we accept Cash or Credit Cards.
Cash – we accept Euros, US$ as well as Rupiah.
We have our own rate for IDR-USD-Euro exchange (which may be different from the market exchange rate).

Cancellations and Refund Policy

– If notification of cancellation is given more than 45 days in advance: deposits/payments will be refunded, minus a 20% administrative charge.
– Less than 45 days in advance: no refund, except in special cases.
– No show: no refund except in special cases*

*Special cases will be reviewed by resort management, and refunds will be made under their discretion.
*All cancellations must be received in writing.
* Payments by card at the resort are available with 4% charge (Visa & Mastercard).
