Our Team

The focus of our training to our team is customer service, to bring standout immersive experiences to everyone. We turn a destination (Raja Ampat) into a must-experience-this-moment; believe in the positive contribution that we hope to make to the world.

And we’re driven by our responsibility to do so. Thanks to our wonderful staff, we elevate the work and amplify the voice of ambitious companies to tread lightly, contribute meaningfully and share our values of quality, community and sustainability.

As of 2020 we have 45 full time staff, about 35% of them from the neighbouring villages, 20% from the Sorong area, and the rest a combination from many parts of Indonesia. We give equal opportunity for all, and we often take employees without any experience in the tourism/diving/hospitality industry, and we give training.

Staff are engaged with development and implementation of the sustainability management system and receive periodic guidance and training regarding their roles and responsibilities in its delivery. We offer employment opportunities, including in management positions, without discrimination by gender, race, religion, disability or in other ways
