Open Water Certification | 7 nights accommodation | 6 fun dives

Deluxe Cottage
Indulge yourself in a Deluxe cottage with en-suite toilet and hot/cold shower. With 55 sqm of comfort just for you!
Superior Cottage
Enjoy the comfort of the Superior cottage, with a private bathroom (only cold water shower). 46 sqm and all you need!
Raja Ampat Cottage
Perfect for groups! Two cottages connected though the bathroom (only cold water shower) . With all the privacy of a independent cottage.This is how the week would look like
DAY 0
Arrive with any of the morning or afternoon ferries Waisai, transfers to Biodiversity Eco Resort.
You will meet your instructor and you will get the orientation for the Open Water Course: You will complete some paperwork and get an introduction to the course and the planning for the next 3 days.
You will get the PADI OR SSI OPEN WATER manual. Start reading the manual and complete the knowledge reviews at the end of the chapter.
DAY 1
08:30 Meet your Instructor at the dive centre for your first academic session. You will watch a video and go through your knowledge reviews. After a lunch break you get in one of our boats to the confined water area and you will take your first breaths under water to learn the scuba skills you will need to master.
DAY 2

After a lunch break you get in one of our boats to the confined water area and you will take your first breaths under water to learn the scuba skills you will need to master.
You will need to continue with the reading and knowledge reviews until the end of the manual. You will sit with your instructor every afternoon to review the knowledge reviews and discuss any questions you may have.
DAY 3
07:45 | Meet your Instructor at 08:30 and head directly to one of our boats to enjoy the last two Open Water Dives part of the course. Go through chapter 5 and complete the final exam. To celebrate your newly gained certification, you will meet your instructor in our bar.

07:45 | Meet your dive guide head directly to one of our boats to enjoy your first two fun dives!
DAY 5
07:45 | Meet your dive guide head directly to one of our boats to enjoy two fun dives!
DAY 6
07:45 | Meet your dive guide head directly to one of our boats to enjoy your last two fun dives!
DAY 7
Enjoy your last breakfast at the beach restaurant. We offer transfers to any of the morning or afternoon ferries leaving to Sorong, after that we will take you either to the airport or to your hotel.

Do you want to improve your skills faster? We recommend you to add this specialty course to improve your buoyancy. During this dive we will be practicing only buoyancy during the whole dive, which will allow you to improve faster and get comfortable in the water.
